Karlsruhe, 23 August 2018. The Supervisory Board of init innovation in traffic systems SE (ISIN DE 0005759807) has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer. Jennifer Bodenseh will assume the role with effect from 1 October 2018, succeeding Dr. Hans Heribert Bäsch who, as stated in the ad hoc announcement dated 12 July 2018, is leaving the company by mutual agreement to pursue new professional challenges.
Mrs. Bodenseh began her career at init in 2009, and as an Executive Director has to date already headed up the Financial Services department, including the Accounting, Information Management and Controlling teams. She has also already taken on the duties of CFO when deputising due to illness. She was also responsible for the ongoing development and introduction of internal systems and for implementing acquisition projects.
“Jennifer Bodenseh has established herself in recent years as a finance expert, and as a member of the inner management circle has already made a considerable contribution to successful decisions. We are delighted by her appointment, not only because she is the first female member of the Managing Board of init innovation in traffic systems SE but also because she is a manager who has been trained at init”, said the Supervisory Board on its decision.
