The Supervisory Board of init innovation in traffic systems AG has after an internal restructuring unanimously appointed Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Matthias Kühn with effect of 1 st April 2016 as an additional member of the Management Board of init AG.
Matthias Kühn (43) will be responsible as COO for the segments ticketing, vehicle hardware and service.
After completing his degree in communications engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, Mr. Kühn joined INIT GmbH – a wholly owned subsidiary of init AG – as software developer in 2001 and became team leader of the division “Mobile Telematic and Electronic Fare Collection Systems” in 2006. In 2014, he was given power of attorney and assumed the management of the division “Mobile Telematic and Electronic Fare Collection Systems”. Mr. Kühn was appointed as managing director of INIT GmbH in 2015.
