Nytt antal aktier i Inission AB (publ) med anledning av teckningsoptioner

I det optionsprogram som beslutades vid Inissions bolagsstämma den 5 maj 2022 (serie 2022/2025:1 och 2022/2025:2) har totalt 20 680 B-aktier tecknats till en kurs av 33,50 SEK per aktie. Detta tillför bolaget 692 780 SEK i eget kapital.

Som en följd av teckningen:

• Antalet B-aktier ökade med totalt 20 680 aktier, till 20 414 465.
• Totalt antal aktier i bolaget uppgick därefter till 22 814 477.
• Utspädningen av aktiekapitalet beräknas till 0,09 %.
• Inissions aktiekapital ökade till 951 238 SEK.

New Number of Shares in Inission AB (publ) Due to Warrants

Under the warrant program approved at Inission's Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2022 (series 2022/2025:1 and 2022/2025:2), a total of 20,680 Class B shares have been subscribed for at a price of SEK 33.50 per share. This has contributed SEK 692,780 to the company's equity.

As a result of the subscription:

• The number of Class B shares increased by a total of 20,680 shares, to 20,414,465.
• The total number of shares in the company thereafter amounts to 22,814,477.
• The dilution of the share capital is calculated at 0.09 %.
• Inission's share capital increased to SEK 951,238.
