Elop AS – correction in registration of new share capital

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Elop AS on 27 January 2021 regarding registration of new share capital pertaining to the issuance of consideration shares to the sellers of the shares in Simplifai AS.

Due to a decimal miscalculation in the board of directors' resolution to issue the consideration shares, the correct new share capital (being NOK 4 650 190.75, and not NOK 4 650 190.74) has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

Share capital (corrected): NOK 4 650 190.75

Total number of shares: 93 003 815

Par value of each share: NOK 0.05
