Inin Group AS: Completion of two acquisitions

27 March 2024 – Inin Group’s subsidiary Nordic Infrastructure Group AS has today successfully completed the transactions to acquire 100 percent of the shares in both Banefjell AS and SLAM Jernbaneteknikk AS.

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements dated 4 July 2023 and 22 March 2024 regarding the acquisition of the two railway contractors.

Both Banefjell AS and SLAM Jernbaneteknikk AS become part of Inin Group’s Rail Infrastructure investment platform, which is headed up by Nordic Infrastructure Group.
