Øivind Horpestad, CEO of ELOP AS, has through the company Gimle Invest AS, on October 20th bought a total of 141,325 shares in ELOP AS at an average price of NOK 2.10 per share. 107.538 of the shares acquired by Gimle Invest a company fully owned by Øivind Horpestad, on the 20th October was transferred from Øivind Horpestad’ personal Holding to Gimle Invest AS. Following the transaction Øivind Horpestad and related parties’ control 13,140,000 shares in ELOP AS.
