Following the transaction Øivind Horpestad and related parties’ control 13,520,071 shares in ELOP AS.

Gjermund Sogn, CEO of Nordic Infrastructure Group AS, has through the company Sogn Invest AS, on October 8th bought a total of 100,000 shares in ELOP AS at an average price of NOK 1.892 per share.

Following the transaction Gjermund Sogn and related parties’ control 13,212,538 shares in ELOP AS.
