Øivind Horpestad, primary insider and Chairman of ELOP AS ("ELOP"), has today, through his wholly-owned company Gimle Invest AS, completed the acquisition of 94228 hares in ELOP at an average price of NOK 5,15 per share.

Furthermore, Gimle Invest AS has transferred 40 000 shares to related party Nina Kristin Hembre.

Following these transactions, Øivind Horpestad holds a total of 6 607 140 shares in ELOP, and Nina Kristin Hembre holds 40 000 shares in ELOP
