Please find attached the minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Elop AS held today, 14 January 2021. All resolutions were approved as proposed by the board of directors, including the resolution to grant the board an authorisation to increase the company's share capital in connection with inter alia issuance of shares under the share purchase agreement for the acquisition of Simplifai AS.
