Stockholm, Sweden, July 5, 2023; Inify Laboratories AB (publ.) has been notified

that the following transaction has been completed by a close associate to a

primary insider in Inify: Monsun AS, a Norwegian company controlled by Magne

Jordanger, board member and primary insider in Inify, has bought 650,000 shares

in Inify at an average price of NOK 10.00 per share. After the transaction,

Monsun AS holds 986,950 shares.
