Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 3, 2021, Ingredion Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s condensed consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Company’s Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference. The Company will conduct a conference call Tuesday morning, August 3, 2021 at 8:00 CT to discuss the second quarter financial results.
