On February 2, 2017, Ingredion Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Company’s Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference. The Company will conduct a conference call Thurday morning, February 2, 2017 at 8:00 CDT to discuss the fourth quarter financial results.
