On January 28, 2016, Ingredion Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Company’s Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference. The Company will conduct a conference call Thursday morning, January 28, 2016 at 8:00 CDT to discuss the fourth quarter financial results.
