ING shares released from Escrow

As set out in Section 6.3.3 of the Prospectus for Inghams Group Limited (ASX: ING, Ingham’s) dated 21 October 2016, certain Shares in Inghams Group Limited were subject to escrow arrangements.

Inghams advises that in accordance with the terms referred to in the Prospectus the escrow arrangements for 485,714 shares held by Ingham’s management at the time of listing are released from the escrow arrangements on 07 November 2018, which is two years after the ASX listing date.
