EDWARD ALEXANDER COMMENCES AS CEO AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

Further to the ASX Announcement lodged on 16 December 2024, Inghams Group Limited (ASX: ING) (“Inghams” or the “Company”) confirms that Andrew Reeves retired from the role of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director with effect from 28 June 2025. Andrew will remain with the Company until the end of August 2025.

Edward Alexander commenced as both Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director with effect from 29 June 2025.

Attached is the Appendix 3Z - Final Director's Interest Notice for Andrew Reeves and the Appendix 3X - Initial Director's Interest Notice for Ed Alexander.
