Attached are Appendix 3X in relation to the relevant interests of Jacqueline, Joel Thickins, Helen Nash and Ricky Lau as directors of Inghams Group Limited at the time of their appointment.

Each of those Directors had no interests in securities of Inghams Group Limited at the time of their appointment.

It is acknowledged that an Appendix 3X should have been lodged on the ASX Announcement Platform upon appointment of the Directors. However, this was not done due to an administrative oversight as a process for Appendix 3X had not been implemented.

A process has now been implemented so that whenever directors are appointed in the future an Appendix 3X will be placed on the ASX Announcement Platform.
