Confirmation of Final Price

Inghams Group Limited ( Company ) announces the successful completion of the institutional bookbuild process described in Section 7.8.2 of its replacement prospectus dated 21 October 2016, as supplemented by the supplementary prospectus dated 2 November 2016 ( Prospectus ) and advises that the Final Price is $3.15 per Share.
