Board Composition Update

As announced to the ASX on 18[th] September 2018, in keeping with TPG’s reduced holdings in Ingham’s, Joel Thickins is retiring from the Ingham’s Board, effective 31[st] December 2018. Ricky Lau, TPG’s other representative remains on the Board.

The Board is currently finalising the appointment of a new non-executive director and expects to be making an announcement early in the new year.
