Grant of Options
Ingenta plc (AIM: ING) a leading provider of software and services to the global publishing industry, announces that, on 7 July 2022, it awarded a total of 410,000 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the Company's Unapproved EMI share option scheme (the "Options") to certain of the Company's management team including 200,000 Options to Scott Winner, Chief Executive Officer, and 100,000 Options to Jon Sheffield, Chief Financial Officer, in order to incentivise delivery of the strategic goals of the Company.
The Options will vest three years' from the date of grant and the exercise price for the Options has been set at 81 pence per share, being the closing middle market price on the reference date for the option grant.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
