Director/PDMR Shareholding

Ingenta plc (AIM: ING), a leading software and services provider to the publishing and media industries, announces that it received notification on 31 May 2024 from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel"), a person closely associated with Sebastian White, Non-executive Director of the Company, that on the same date it sold, on behalf of its discretionary clients, 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.3972 per Ordinary Share.

Mr Sebastian White is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel. Mr White has no beneficial interest in any of Kestrel's clients and therefore, no direct beneficial interest in the Company.

Following this transaction, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 3,263,864 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.45 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Kestrel's interest in Ordinary Shares is held through the following nominees:
