Ingenta plc (LSE: ING, "Company" or "Ingenta") received notification on 15 June 2020 from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") that on the 12 June 2020 it purchased, on behalf of its discretionary clients, an aggregate of 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") in the Company at an average price of £0.45 per share for accounts managed by Kestrel.

Mr Sebastian White is a Senior Investment Director at Kestrel. He does not have any beneficial interest in Kestrel or in any of Kestrel's clients

Following this transaction, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 4,626,754 Shares in the Company, which represents 27.45 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
