Revised Remuneration Report
Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA) (Ingenia or the Group) wishes to advise security holders of an error in the “ Reported Remuneration – Statutory presentation ” table of the 2023 Annual Report.
The table in section 2.6 of the Remuneration Report entitled “Reported Remuneration - Statutory presentation” summarises the remuneration provided to executive KMP for FY22 and FY23. Mr Simon Owen's Short-Term Salary for FY23 was understated in the table, as the value of his Fixed Remuneration Rights (FRR) was inadvertently deducted from the Salary component.
Below is the corrected table for section 2.6 with the amended figures highlighted for ease of reference:

As a consequence, Note 32(a) Related Parties, Key Management Personnel (KMP) aggregate compensation paid to KMP’s disclosed in the INA Financial Statements and Note 28(f) of the Ingenia Communities Fund and the Ingenia Communities Management Trust are also understated by the same amount.
There is no impact on any other sections of the Remuneration Report, the Directors' Report or the Financial Statements. The errors are confined to the above noted adjustments, and other sections of the 2023 Annual Report which include details of executive KMP remuneration, including Mr Owen's, are correct and in line with the remuneration detailed in the 2022 Notice of Meeting.
Ingenia will correct this information in the 2023 Annual Report published on our website. A copy of the corrected 2023 Annual Report will be released shortly. Those security holders who have elected to receive a hard copy of the Annual Report will be mailed a copy of the corrected pages from the Annual Report.

Amended Proxy Forms should be lodged in the manner set out in the 2023 Notice of Meeting by no later than 11.30am (Sydney time) on Wednesday 15 November 2023 .
