ING Management Limited (IML) announces that Mr Philip Redmond has resigned as a director of ING Management Limited effective 12 April 2010.

IML Chairman, Richard Colless commented that, “Mr Redmond was a member of the IML Board for the past four years. Mr Redmond’s efforts and contribution in assisting the Board are much appreciated.”
