Ingenia completes conditional placement

Ingenia Communities Group (ASX: INA) announces the completion of the Conditional Placement to Sun Communities.

On 13 May 2020, Ingenia issued a total of 4,347,826 securities to Sun Communities, at the Placement Price of $3.45 per stapled security. The total number of securities now held by Sun Communities is 31,873,650 which represents 10.04% of the Group’s issued ordinary capital.
