Ingenia Communities Group (ASX: INA) - Notices under sections 708A(5)(e) and 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Ingenia Communities Group (compromising Ingenia Communities Fund ARSN 107 459 576, Ingenia Communities Management Trust ARSN 122 928 410 and Ingenia Communities Holdings Limited ACN 154 444 925) ( Ingenia Group ) gives this notice in accordance with sections 708A(5)(e) and 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

On 16 November 2018, the Ingenia Group issued 174,962 new fully paid stapled securities compromising one unit in the Ingenia Communities Fund, one unit in the Ingenia Communities Management Trust and one share in the Ingenia Communities Holdings.

1. The securities were issued without a Product Disclosure Statement being prepared under Part 7.9 of the Corporations Act, and without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

2. As a disclosing entity, the Ingenia Group is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations.

3. As at the date of this notice:

   • (i) Ingenia Group has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M and section 674 of the Corporations Act as they apply to Ingenia Group; and

   • (ii) section 674 of the Corporations Act as it applies to the Ingenia Group.

4. there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7), 708A(8), 1012DA(7) and 1012DA(8) of the Corporations Act.
