Confirmation of Security Purchase Plan Closing Date

Ingenia Communities Group (ASX: INA) confirms that the closing date for the receipt of applications for the previously announced Security Purchase Plan (SPP) is 13 July 2016, 5.00pm (AEST).
New Securities issued under the SPP will rank equally with existing securities from allotment (expected to be 20 July 2016) and will be entitled to the FY16 final distribution of $0.049 per security, payable in September 2016.
