- Resignation of Non Executive Director, Andrew McEvoy

Ingenia Communities Group (ASX: INA) advises Mr Andrew McEvoy has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Group, effective 30 June 2020, to take up a full-time executive role overseas.

Mr McEvoy was appointed to the Board on 1 December 2017 and serves as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr McEvoy said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my fellow Ingenia directors and the management team to deliver strong performance for investors. It has been rewarding to see the growth that has been achieved and I wish the Board and management every future success.”

Ingenia Communities Group Chairman, Mr Jim Hazel, commented: “Andrew has made a huge contribution to the Board, bringing important experience and knowledge of the tourism industry and digital marketing in particular. The Board and management would like to thank Andrew for his commitment during a period of significant evolution and growth. We wish him all the best as he embarks on an exciting new opportunity.”

The Board has commenced a search process to identify a suitable candidate to complement the current Board composition.
