- Resignation of Non Executive Director, Andrew McEvoy
Ingenia Communities Group (ASX: INA) advises that Mr Andrew McEvoy has agreed to remain on the Board until a new Director has been appointed.
Mr McEvoy’s resignation, announced on 26 February 2020, was originally to be effective 30 June 2020.
Restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic have impacted the Board’s search process to identify a new Director with the appropriate skills and expertise to complement the current Board composition.
Mr McEvoy has agreed to remain on the Board up to 30 September 2020, if required, to allow for an appropriate transition.
