Appointment of Alternate Director

Ingenia Communities Group Limited (ASX: INA) (Ingenia or the Company) advises that Mr Gary Shiffman, Non-Executive Director of Ingenia, has appointed Mr John McLaren as an Alternate Director effective today.

Mr McLaren has worked in the manufactured housing industry for more than twenty years and has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Sun Communities Inc. for the past five years.

The appointment will continue until Mr Shiffman terminates the appointment or until the

appointment is terminated in accordance with the Group’s constitutions.

An Appendix 3X for Mr McLaren is attached to this announcement.
