DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA) ( Ingenia or the Group ) wishes to advise that Ms Valerie Lyons has tendered her resignation as a director of Ingenia, effective 30 November 2019.
Ms Lyons was appointed to the Ingenia Board on 1 March 2017 and serves as a member of the Audit and Risk and Remuneration and Nomination committees. Ms Lyons has advised that she wishes to step back from her duties as a director, to focus on family and personal commitments.
Ms Lyons said: “I have been pleased to be able to contribute as a non-executive director over the past three successful years, and commend the dedication and professionalism of the high-performing management team. I wish the Board and the Group every success going forward”.
Ingenia Chairman, Jim Hazel, commented: “The Board and management team wish to thank Valerie for her valuable contribution to the success and growth of the Group over the past three years. We wish Valerie and her family well.”
The Group has commenced a search process to identify a suitable candidate to complement the current Board composition.
