Ingenia announces appointment of Deputy Chairman
Ingenia Communities Group (ASX: INA) has today announced the appointment of Mr Robert Morrison to the newly created role of Deputy Chairman of the Group’s Board.
Mr Morrison joined the Ingenia Board in February 2013 and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Mr Morrison’s appointment reflects the key role he plays on the Board, with a particular emphasis on development and acquisitions.
Mr Jim Hazel, Chairman of Ingenia, said he was pleased to announce Mr Morrison’s appointment as Deputy Chairman.
“I look forward to continuing to work with all our Directors, and to working closely with the new Deputy Chairman in particular, to further enhance the operation of the Board and performance of the Group,” Mr Hazel said.
