Changes to Board and Committee membership of ING Management Limited
Resignation of Non - Independent Director
Following the ASX announcement on 7 July 2011 advising the replacement of ING Management Limited (IML) as the responsible entity (RE) of Investa Office Fund (IOF) with Investa Listed Funds Management Limited (ILFML), Scott MacDonald has resigned as Director of IML, effective today.
Mr MacDonald joined the IML Board on 4 April 2011 for a transitional management period until ILFML became the RE of IOF.
The IML Board of Directors now comprises the following members:

Resignation of Company Secretary
IML also announces Mr Mark Lamb has resigned as Company Secretary, effective today. Mr Lamb was joint Company Secretary with Ms Sarah Wiesener (appointed 23 October 2009), who will remain as sole Company Secretary.
