2022 Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Nomination of Directors
Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA) (comprising Ingenia Communities Holdings Limited ACN 154 444 925, Ingenia Communities Fund ARSN 107 459 576 (Fund) and Ingenia Communities Management Trust ARSN 122 928 410 (Trust)) is pleased to advise that its 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 17 November 2022 at 11.30 am (AEDT) . Securityholders can attend in person or virtually on the day and further details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be election of Directors.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is Wednesday, 28 September 2022. Any Director nominations must be received on or before Wednesday, 28 September 2022 by email to the Company Secretary at [email protected] or at the registered office at:
