2021 Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Nomination of Directors
Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA) (comprising Ingenia Communities Fund ARSN 107 459 576 (Fund), Ingenia Communities Management Trust ARSN 122 928 410 (Trust) and Ingenia Communities Holdings Limited ACN 154 444 925) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its next Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, 11 November 2021 at 11.30 a.m. An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be election of Directors.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is Wednesday, 22 September 2021. Any Director nominations must be received by 5.00pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 22 September 2021 by email to the Company Secretary at [email protected] or at the registered office at:
