ING Real Estate Community Living Group Annual Unitholder Meeting Date Change

ING Real Estate Community Living Group (“the Fund”) today announces an amendment to the date of its Annual Unitholder Meeting previously scheduled for 30 November 2009. The meeting will now be held on:

We apologise for any inconvenience that this change in date has caused.

As previously advised, a presentation will be given on the results and activities of the Fund for the financial year ended 30 June 2009, and an update on activities post 30 June 2009.

We invite you to send through your comments or any questions you may have prior to the meeting, using the enclosed form and reply paid envelope. The most frequently asked questions will then be discussed at our Unitholder Meeting, and there will be an opportunity to ask any further questions on the day.

Please note that there are no resolutions to be voted on at this meeting.

If you wish to attend the Unitholder Meeting, please RSVP before the close of business on Monday, 7 December 2009 to assist with planning and catering. The most frequently asked questions will then be discussed at the Annual Unitholder Meeting on Tuesday, 15 December 2009.

Your questions can be on any matters relating to the business of ILF, and can be directed toward the Chairman, Fund’s Auditor or Senior Management. You will also have the opportunity to raise questions during the Meeting.
