Company ING-GRAD Jsc., Kalinovica 3, 10000 Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), hereby informs the investment public that on 24 April 2026 received the resignation of Mr. Davor Stanić, member and Deputy Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board, from his membership on the Supervisory Board as well as from his membership on the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee. The resignation shall take effect (including) on 30 June 2026.

The Company will duly inform the investment public, in accordance with the applicable regulations, of all further activities related to this change in the Company's Supervisory Board.
