Report Content 2025-12-01 Report No. 28/2025: Interim reporting dates in 2026.

The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") hereby make publicthe fixed interim reporting dates for the Bank in 2026:- annualconsolidated report and annual report for 2025 - 5 March 2026,-quarterly consolidated report for Q1 2026 - 30 April 2026,-semi-annual consolidated report for H1 2026 - 30 July 2026,-quarterly consolidated report for Q3 2026 - 29 October 2026.

At the same time, the Bank communicates that the selected non-auditedfinancial data for Q4 2025 will be disclosed on 10 February 2026 as acurrent report.Additionally, the Bank Management Board representthat the quarterly consolidated reports and the semi-annual consolidatedreport will provide for the quarterly standalone financial data andsemi-annual standalone condensed financial statements respectively.

Legal grounds: Article 84.1 of the Minister for Finance Regulation of 6June 2025 on current and interim information provided by securitiesissuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the informationrequired by law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. item 755).
