ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") hereby discloses the notifications ofacquisition transactions referred to in Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU)No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April2014 in Bank's shares, made by persons discharging managerialresponsibilities.
