Report Content 2024-11-05 Report No 31/2024: Interim reporting dates in 2025.

The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") hereby make publicthe fixed interim reporting dates for the Bank in 2025:

- annual consolidated report and annual report for 2024 - 7 March 2025,-quarterly consolidated report for Q1 2025 - 8 May 2025,-semi-annual consolidated report for H1 2025 - 31 July 2025,-quarterly consolidated report for Q3 2025 - 30 October 2025.

At the same time, the Bank communicates that the selected non-auditedfinancial data for Q4 2024 will be disclosed on 6 February 2025 as acurrent report.

Additionally, the Bank Management Board represent that the quarterlyconsolidated reports and the semi-annual consolidated report willprovide for the quarterly standalone financial data and semi-annualstandalone condensed financial statements respectively.

Legal grounds: Article 80.1 of the Minister for Finance Regulation of 29March 2018 on current and interim information provided by securitiesissuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the informationrequired by law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. item 757).
