2025-03-26 Report No. 7/2025: Amount of annual contribution to thecompulsory resolution fund of the BGF in 2025.

The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") hereby communicateto have received today from the Bank Guarantee Fund the informationabout the amount of annual contribution for the banks' compulsoryresolution fund for 2025. The total cost for the Bank Group is PLN 174million, including the past-year adjusted contributions. The entirecontribution amount will be recognised in costs for the first quarter of2025. The amount attributable to the Bank is PLN 172 million and to INGBank Hipoteczny S.A. PLN 2 million.

Legal grounds: Article 17.1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse(MAR).
