Report Content 2024-09-17 Report No. 28/2024: Polish Financial Supervision Authorityrequest for presenting an opinion of the Financial Stability Committeeon determining the buffer of other systemically-important institution.

The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby communicatethat on 16 September 2024 the Bank received a request from the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority ("PFSA") to present the opinion of theFinancial Stability Committee ("FSC") on determining the buffer of othersystemically-important institution for the Bank, whose adequate valueresulting from the principles adopted by the PFSA should be determinedin the amount equivalent to 1.0% of the total risk exposure amount.

The decision shall be taken by the PFSA upon the issue of a stance bythe FSC. The Bank will communicate the decision on the amount of thebuffer of other systemically-important institution in a separate currentreport.

The current buffer of other systemically-important institution is setfor the Bank at the amount equivalent to 0.5% of the total risk exposureamount.

Legal grounds: Article 17.1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse(MAR).
