Management Board of ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A. ("Bank") informs that on14th November, 2025 has received the decision of the District CourtKatowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the NationalCourt Register of 14th November, 2025 concerning the registration ofchanges to the Bank's Articles of Association adopted by Resolution No.16 of the Ordinary General Meeting of May 9, 2025. The registeredamendments to the Articles of Association and the consolidated text ofthe Articles of Association including changes introduced are attached tothis report.
