The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") hereby give noticeto have received the decision of the District Court for Katowice-Wschódin Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register of31 July 2025 concerning registration of amendments to the Bank Charter.The registered amendments to the Charter were passed by way ofResolution No. 28 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank of 29April 2025 under § 1.1 and § 1.3-7. The notice of the adopted resolutionwas published in Current Report No. 14/2025 of 29 April 2025, in thepart pertaining to Resolution No. 28 of the Ordinary General Meeting.

The registered amendments and the consolidated text of the Charter, asadopted by Resolution No. 28 of the Ordinary General Meeting, areattached hereto.

Legal grounds: Article 5.1 and Article 6 of the Minister for FinanceRegulation of 6 June 2025 on current and interim information provided bysecurities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent theinformation required by law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No.item 755).
