2025-02-06 Report No. 1/2025: Preliminary non-audited consolidatedfinancial results for Q4 2024.

The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") hereby publishpreliminary, non-audited consolidated financial results of the ING BankŚląski S.A. Group for Q4 2024 which were compiled for informationpurposes, irrespective of the interim reporting duties.

At the same time, the Bank Management Board hereby announce that theattached preliminary, non-audited consolidated financial results for Q42024 are preliminary estimates only. The final financials will bepresented in the consolidated annual report of the Bank Group for theyear ended 31 December 2024 and in the annual report of the Bank for theyear ended 31 December 2024, which will be published on 7 March 2025, asper report no. 31/2024 of 5 November 2024.
