ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") hereby discloses the notifications oftransactions referred to in Article 19 section 1 of Regulation of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 596/2014 of 16 April2014 in derivatives (phantom stock) made by persons dischargingmanagerial responsibilities.

The notifications were received by the Bank from the following personsdischarging managerial responsibilities at the Bank:

1. Joanna Erdman - Vice-President of the Bank Management Board,

2. Justyna Kesler - Vice-President of the Bank Management Board,

3. Mirosław Boda - Vice-President of the Bank Management Board,

4. Michał Bolesławski - Vice-President of the Bank Management Board,

5. Marcin Giżycki - Vice-President of the Bank Management Board, and

6. Patrick Roesink - Vice-President of the Bank Management Board.
