The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. hereby give notice that on29 November 2024 the Bank received a letter from Mr Sławomir Soszyńskithe Vice-President of the ING Bank Śląski S.A. Management Board,concerning his resignation from standing for re-election to the BankManagement Board for the next term of office, which is to commence as ofthe date of the ING Bank Śląski S.A. General Meeting approving the 2024financial statements.

The resignation is due to personal reasons.

Legal grounds: Article 5.4 and Article 9 of the Minister for FinanceRegulation of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information providedby securities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent theinformation required by law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No.item 757).
