The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. (Bank) hereby give noticethat on 26 August 2021 the Bank has received Ms Susan Poot's letter ofresignation from the capacity as member of the Bank Supervisory Board,effective as at 30 September 2021.
Ms Susan Poot has not included the reasons behind her resignationtherein.
Legal grounds: Article 5.4 and Article 9 of the Minister for FinanceRegulation of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information providedby securities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent theinformation required by law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No.item 757).
