Infratil Limited Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Intratil Limited advises that its 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at Public Trust Hall, 131-135 Lambton Quay, Wellington on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 at 2:30pm. Shareholders can choose to join the hybrid meeting in person or online.

Intratil Limited also advises that, for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the period for the nomination of Directors opens today and will remain open until 5:00pm (New Zealand time) on Friday, 19 June 2026.

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
