2021 Annual Meeting – now online only
On 21 July 2021, Infratil Limited ( IFT ) released the Notice of Meeting (and Proxy Form) for its 2021 Annual Meeting, to be held on Thursday, 19 August 2021 commencing at 2.30pm (NZST). In that Notice of Meeting, shareholders were given the option to join the meeting in person or online.
Infratil now advises that, due to the level 4 lockdown announced by the Government on 17 August 2021, shareholders will no longer have the option to join the meeting in person and shareholders will only be able to join the meeting online. When participating online you will require your shareholder number, found on your Proxy Form, for verification purposes.
To participate in the Annual Meeting, please go to www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/ift21. More information on online participation is set out in the Notice of Meeting and is also set out in the Appendix to this announcement. Shareholders can submit questions online in advance of, or during the Annual Meeting.
You may also appoint a proxy and direct your votes in advance of the meeting. Please see the Notice of Meeting for instructions.

Appendix: Online Participation
Voting and Proxies
The 2021 Annual Meeting will now be an online meeting only and voting on all resolutions put before the meeting will be by poll. Results of the voting will be available after the conclusion of the meeting and will be notified on the NZX and ASX.
Your right to vote may be exercised by:

(a) Attending the meeting, and voting, online.

(b) Appointing a proxy (or representative) to attend online and vote in your place.
Online participation in meeting
To participate in the meeting online, please go to www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/ift21.
Shareholders will have the opportunity to ask questions in advance of or during the Annual Meeting. If you would like to ask a question, you can submit a question online by going to vote.linkmarketservices.com/IFT and completing the online validation process. Questions can be submitted via the online chat function either in advance of, or during, the Annual Meeting. You will need your shareholder number, found on your proxy form, for verification purposes. Shareholders can also submit written questions in advance of the Annual Meeting by completing the question section on the Proxy Form – refer to the Proxies section in the Notice of Meeting.

If you wish to participate in the meeting, we recommend that you join the queue at least ~15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting in order for your details to be verified.
