Last week, Spirit completed its largest and most transformational transaction to date with the acquisition of VPD Group, an established voice, data and cloud services provider, which operates across Queensland and New South Wales.

This is a game changer for Spirit allowing us to expand our customer base in NSW and QLD and create high-value cross sell opportunities, increases our channel presence and enables us to strengthen our product and service capabilities.
